Returns Policy

Please note we do not accept returns or offer refunds. In case of a defect in the product purchased, you have 14 days to return the product from the day you receive the order for a store credit to use within 28 days of receiving it, excluding items on sale promotion. Credit notes are issued as soon as the product is received by us in its original packaging and can be used to make purchases, excluding items on sale. There will be a minimal postage fee deducted from the credit note.

Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility as per standard industry practice.

Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it. It must have tags attached, unused and accompanied by the receipt. In instances where the product is returned breaching the return policy, we reserve the right to make amendments to our return method.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

We do not offer refunds. We offer a store credit in case of a defective product. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In accordance with the Australian consumer laws, we can refuse to provide a credit note on a returned product if you:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered the wrong product
  • Found the product cheaper elsewhere
  • Found a better product elsewhere
  • Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product
  • Damaged the product by using or handling it
